Will my car be safe?
Absolutely. Your car is parked in our private, secure compound with 24/7 CCTV. All our drivers are fully insured, mature professionals. We only return your car to the person with the correct identification card.
What happens after I book?
Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with payment confirmation, a detailed instruction guide, and a VAT invoice.
What do I do before departure?
Call us 20 minutes before you reach the airport. One of our valets will meet you at the designated meeting point at your terminal (not the flight time), help with luggage if needed, and hand you a unique ID card. Your car will then be driven to our secure parking site.
What happens when I return?
We track your flight, but since flight times can change, please call the number on your ID card when you land. Your valet will bring your car to the terminal meeting point so you can load up and drive home with zero stress.
What if my flight is delayed?
No worries — just call us as soon as you know about the delay. We’ll adjust accordingly and make sure your car is ready when you are.
Where do I go at the airport?
Bon Voyage Parking has designated meeting points at each Heathrow Terminal. You’ll be told exactly where to go in your confirmation email. Just drive straight there — no parking lots, no shuttles.
