This company is absolutely brilliant and I cannot rate them highly enough. Having avoided using any business like this for years, my nephew encouraged me to give Bon Voyage a try. I’m so glad I did. I have now used them 4 times and the service each time has been 5* I won’t ever not use them !

Excellent experience I was initially unsure about using this company, but the positive reviews and competitive pricing compared to other Heathrow parking services convinced me to give them a try. Communication was clear and timely, with email updates and a courtesy call a couple of days before our arrival.

A little bit apprehensive of using Bon Voyage last August for our holiday but when we looked at the official parking, it was outrageous. Bon Voyage undercut significantly so we took a punt. And what a punt it was. We were met with our driver at the short stay carpark and once we got our bags out, he took our car. I actually left my wallet in the car and didn't realise until 20 minutes later and they were brilliant.

2 weeks parking with driver meeting us at the airport. Absolutely brilliant can't fault the service called when car due to pick us up as we were coming through immigration. Would highly recommend £105 with all the fees was a brilliant service. Would use them again 100%

We had an excellent experience with this very professional team. Our 7-seater BMW was handed over to them at the short-stay car park at Heathrow Airport, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The car was parked in the same convenient location near the airport, and upon our return, we simply messaged them and the car was ready for collection right on time.
